Budtender

Hill Country Cannabis -- Oxford, Mississippi

Hill Country Cannabis is looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable Budtenders to join our growing team in Oxford, MS. If you enjoy helping people, learning about cannabis, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

Provide a welcoming, judgment-free experience for all patients and customers Educate customers on products, effects, and proper use within Mississippi medical cannabis guidelines Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently Maintain compliance with all state and store regulations Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive store culture
What We're Looking For

Must be 21 years of age or older Valid Mississippi Cannabis Work Permit required (must have prior to application) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to learn cannabis products, terminology, and compliance requirements Comfortable standing for long periods and handling cash transactions Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required) Cannabis industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement
Schedule & Pay

Part-time and full-time positions available Weekends and some evenings required Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Employee discounts
