We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right cannabis products based on their needs
- Provide Positiveness in all interactions with customers
- Provide information on different strains, potency, and usage of cannabis products
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on various cannabis products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed
- Ensure compliance with all state laws and regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be able to confirm:
- 21+ and legally eligible to work in the cannabis industry
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid RIC card
- Comfortable working in a regulated, compliance-driven environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform basic retail tasks (stocking, light lifting, cleaning)
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Type: Part-time
