We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products for their needs. You will be responsible for maintaining an inviting atmosphere, educating customers about various strains and products, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information on cannabis products, including strains, effects, and usage methods. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on product features and benefits. Utilize a Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately. Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring shelves are replenished as needed. Supervise staff during shifts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and ordering supplies. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their shopping experience. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred; experience in a grocery store setting is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
