They primarily ensure patient satisfaction and greet customers and dispensary staff with a personable smile to make everyone feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Exemplifying The Hi-Line Company in-store experience
Educate, Engage & Inspire patients, customers, and dispensary staff as the face of The Hi-Line Company with knowledgeable insights about our products and promotions.
Ensure The Hi-Line Company brand inside the dispensary reflects The Hi-Line Company merchandising strategy and standards.
Be aware of customer flow and staff brand engagement.
Have the ability to handle any situation with patience and professionalism.
Demonstrate fluency, enthusiasm, and expertise on The Hi-Line Company products.
Being onsite for dispensary events and activities
Engage and identify interest and understand consumer needs and requirements.
Demonstrate and provide accurate information on promoted products and company services.
Create a positive image and lead consumers to use The Hi-Line Company products
Complete product training and pass with 90%
Complete MTCCD approved Budtender training
Complete and Pass POS training
Keep up with the schedule on Blitz's, ISA's and Budtender
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
Available to work a maximum of 20 - 40 hours per week; including weekends
Flexible schedule
Reliable transportation
Lift a minimum of 50lbs / stand for extended periods of time
Available to work weekends
Ability to obtain MT CCD Agent badge
Previous industry experience is preferred but not required.
