Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry and exceptional customer service skills.
Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide information about different strains, potency, and usage of cannabis products
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Experience in sales, particularly in retail or electronics, is advantageous
- Ability to upsell products and provide product demonstrations
- Proficiency in basic math for accurate transactions
- Prior experience in jewelry sales or technical sales is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
