Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Help customers Purchase products that suit their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Maintain knowledge of different strains, products, and their effects
- Educate customers on the safe and responsible use of cannabis
- Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain cash register
- Stock and organize inventory shelves
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the dispensary.

Qualifications:

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and how to properly use them

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle cash transactions

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all legal regulations regarding the sale of cannabis

Skills:
- Phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
- Experience in sales Preferred
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effectively communicating with diverse customers/tourists

MUST BE +21 OR OLDER

MUST have active/current AMCO Marijuana Handler Permit Card and Anchorage Food Handlers Card

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week
