We are seeking a knowledgeable and personable Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, educate customers on our products, and assist with retail operations in a professional and friendly manner. Prior retail experience, especially in grocery or similar settings, is preferred. Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product selection Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Conduct product demos and educate customers on product effects, usage, and benefits Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure a well-stocked sales floor Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Support store operations through effective communication with team members and management Ensure compliance with store policies and safety procedures at all times

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math calculations Previous supervising or leadership experience is a plus Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail sales environments preferred Bilingual skills to serve a diverse customer base effectively Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos to enhance the shopping experience Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a friendly demeanor
