WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Budget Analyst to serve on a contract supporting the US Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM).
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Reviewing and preparing funding requirements for exercises and related operations.
Compiling, consolidating, interpreting, and summarizing budgetary data estimates in accordance with organizational deadlines.
Analyzing historical data to forecast annual funding needs and prepare budget estimates per prescribed procedures.
Creating, monitoring, and adjusting obligations and expenditures; ensuring accuracy and compliance with annual work plans.
Ung automated budgetary systems and computer-generated products for budgeting assignments.
Analyzing data within accounting systems to ensure accuracy.
Reviewing and managing open document listings and inputting/submitting funding documents in applicable financial systems.
Ensuring compliance with Office of Management and Budget directives, applicable policies, instructions, and other federal guidelines.
Providing advice, assistance and guidance on funding requirements, budget requests, and program inputs.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
Attending planning conferences, in-progress reviews, and related meetings.
Conducting economic analysis and impact studies.
Preparing authorization letters and reviewing reimbursable orders and requests for allotments.
This position is contingent on award.
Anticipated salary range: $95,000 - $115,000
Work Environment:
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Ability to work in confined areas.
Physical Demands:
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.
