Summary:

Responsible for preparing, maintaining, implementing and coordinating Bank Secrecy Act training. Conducts member account Identity Theft and Elder Abuse/Exploitation investigations. Responsible for the timely and accurate processing and record keeping of all incoming court orders and member information release requests such as but not limited to; Subpoenas, Search Warrants, Child Support Levy's, EPS Information Requests, Bank Garnishments etc... Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and coordinating security and disaster preparedness training. This position requires an extremely high level of confidentiality, tact, courtesy and judgment.

Job Requirements:

Ability to travel outside the local area for brief periods of time. Knowledge of BSA procedures and related laws and regulations. Excellent communication, telephone, and public relations skills. High attention to details and thoroughness in work. BSA Compliance Certification preferred though not required. High school diploma or equivalent
