We are seeking an

Brunch

Manager to lead our daily brunch service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional food and customer service, and a solid background in restaurant management. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The Brunch Manager will play a key role in maintaining high standards of hospitality and efficiency during busy weekend hours, ensuring an outstanding dining experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate all aspects of brunch service, including food preparation, presentation, and customer service. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure smooth operations and high team morale. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels to meet demand. Handle POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and proper food handling procedures. Monitor kitchen operations to maintain quality standards in food production and presentation. Lead staff training initiatives focusing on customer service excellence, food safety, and operational procedures. Manage shift transitions efficiently to maximize productivity during peak brunch hours. Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with culinary staff to develop menu offerings that align with brand standards and customer preferences. Maintain a clean, organized work environment in accordance with health regulations.

Requirements



Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with a focus on food service operations. Strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and culinary techniques. Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling experience required. Prior supervisory or team management experience in quick service or casual dining environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively. Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards within the food industry. Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy weekend brunch hours. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices. Strong communication skills; ability to interview candidates and foster a positive team environment.
