As a Broker, you will play a crucial role in facilitating transactions, providing expert guidance to clients, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise in credit analysis and constant follow up will be essential in helping clients navigate their financial options.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
Assist clients in obtaining loans by evaluating their financial status and prior experience with alternative lending products.
Negotiate loan terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients to secure favorable outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients.
Collaborate with other professionals, including loan officers and banking personnel, to facilitate seamless transactions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or mortgage industry.
Strong understanding of credit analysis principles and mortgage servicing processes.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
Basic math skills for accurate calculations related to loans and interest rates.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
