The Bridal Consultant/Sales Associate is responsible for a wide variety of tasks including:
Providing superior customer service
Ability to sell bridal and related merchandise and services
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Utilize insight of current bridal and fashion lines and trends
Process and order customer transactions
Maintain knowledge of our current merchandise lines, policies, and specific information about their products
Creation and disassembling of store windows and other merchandise displays
Receiving and distributing daily shipments
Answering the phone, taking messages, and returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner
Maintaining a clean and neat sales floor
Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the interview
