Fantasy Bridal
is a female-owned bridal boutique committed to helping every bride feel beautiful, confident, and supported. We offer Utah's largest and most inclusive selections of wedding gowns, with close to 3,000 dresses- sizes 00 through 32 available for try-on so every bride can experience the perfect fit and silhouette. Located in Salt Lake City, we are looking for individuals who are warm, driven, and people-focused to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our brides.
Position Overview
Fantasy Bridal is hiring
Bridal Consultants
! We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and compassionate individuals who love empowering women and making once-in-a-lifetime memories. Our consultants work one-on-one with brides and their groups in 90-minute appointments to help them find their dream gown.
This position starts with a
base pay of $20/hour
, but consultants average
over $30/hour with tips and commission
. Your earning potential is directly tied to your sales performance, and with our training program and supportive team, you'll have all the tools you need to succeed.
As is true with most selling positions, our store experiences both busy and slower seasons.
January-June is our busiest time of year, while September-December tend to be slower.
Being hired during a slower season is a great opportunity to get fully trained and prepared for the rush.
We also offer a

within our sales team, with opportunities to grow into senior stylist and leadership roles. This position is more than a job- it's a career with lasting impact.
Scheduling & Availability
We are hiring for both
full-time
and
part-time
roles. Please review our scheduling needs before applying:
Full-Time (32-40 hours/week)
Saturdays are mandatory
Three additional weekdays required (store closed Sundays)
Shifts typically run until close (typically out before 8:00 pm)
During slower days, staff may leave closer to 6:30 pm, but full-day availability is required
Part-Time (20-30 hours/week)
Weekday availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 2:00-close (typically out before 8:00 pm)
Saturdays: 9:00 am-close (typically out before 8:00 pm)
Must be flexible with later evenings and occasional early releases on slower days
What We Offer
Competitive base pay of $20/hour + tips + commission
Average consultant earnings over $30/hour

Occasional private appointments (3.5 hours) once a month during "off hours" (with additional pay)
Strong work ethic, accountability, and willingness to learn
