As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for brides-to-be. You'll be the trusted advisor, providing personalized service and expert advice while ensuring that each bride feels special and confident on her big day.
What you'll do
Engage with clients to understand their vision and preferences, offering tailored recommendations to meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing bridal gowns and accessories with enthusiasm and expertise.
Utilize your retail sales skills to upsell complementary items, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display that reflects current trends in bridal fashion.
Oversee inventory management, including stocking and merchandising to ensure a well-stocked showroom.
Provide exceptional customer service by utilizing effective communication skills and phone etiquette when interacting with clients.
Handle payment transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling and basic math skills are applied during sales processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service and/or retail sales, particularly in a customer-facing role within the bridal or fashion industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing.
Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
Experience in merchandising and stocking to create an inviting shopping atmosphere.
A genuine passion for weddings and bridal fashion that translates into an engaging customer experience.
