Job Overview:
Always & Forever is seeking a passionate, bubbly, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bridal Consultant! This role will primarily involve helping brides say YES to their dream bridal gown! In this role as a Bridal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting brides-to-be in finding their dream wedding attire and accessories. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the selection process, and ensuring a memorable experience for each bride.

Ideal candidates must have Saturday availability because this is THE day most brides say YES (and you make the most money!) Sunday availability is also a plus. Always & Forever Bridal Consultants will be able to work an average of 12-24 hours per week, with most of those hours on the weekends. Bridal Consultants at Always & Forever also have the opportunity to earn flexible pay following the initial training process based on performance and sales.

Duties:
- Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns, veils, and accessories that suit their style and preferences.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Manage bridal appointments efficiently to ensure each bride receives personalized attention.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and payment processing.

Qualifications:
- Sales Experience is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple appointments effectively.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize duties efficiently.
