Maintains hotel breakfast area, primarily for setting up, maintaining and breaking down the breakfast buffet. Also maintains cleanliness and positive customer service to each guest and their needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned by a manager or supervisor as needed.
Setting up breakfast displays
Prepping, cooking and stocking all food items (hot & cold)
Keeping the coffee station fully stocked at all times
Keeping kitchen and breakfast area clean and maintained
Properly following all safety procedures and regulations
Standing for extended periods of time
Able to lift 20+ lbs
Assist with breakfast inventory
Providing courteous service to all guest including table side service
Properly disposing of trash
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Experience:
Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
