Duties

Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly displayed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by cleaning tables, chairs, counters, and floors regularly to uphold high hygiene standards. Conduct routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to keep the breakfast area spotless throughout the shift. Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, condiments, and food items to ensure seamless service. Assist guests with their inquiries or special requests in a friendly and professional manner. Follow health and safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff. Perform janitorial tasks including trash removal and deep cleaning of kitchen equipment when necessary. Support overall housekeeping management by ensuring all areas are maintained to hotel standards of cleanliness and orderliness.

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning, floor care, or custodial work within hospitality or hotel environments. Strong knowledge of janitorial practices and industrial cleaning techniques. Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly preferred; familiarity with housekeeping management is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and organization. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift supplies, and perform cleaning duties effectively.
