We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during the breakfast hours. Responsibilities

Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including dining tables and food stations. Assist guests with their needs, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to food safety guidelines. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of food preparation and service. Engage with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred, including roles such as host/host, server, or barista. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for guest interactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Culinary skills, including meal preparation, cooking, and knife skills are beneficial. A background in hospitality or guest services will be considered an asset. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
