Job Description

```Duties```

- Set up and maintain breakfast buffet area, ensuring cleanliness and organization

- Prepare and replenish food items such as hot and cold breakfast items, pastries, fruits, and beverages

- Monitor food levels and rotate stock to ensure freshness

- Clean and sanitize serving utensils, dishes, and equipment

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service

- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary restrictions

- Maintain a clean dining area by clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and refilling condiments

- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register

```Requirements```

- Previous experience in the food industry preferred

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

- Strong time management skills to ensure timely preparation and replenishment of food items

- Familiarity with operating a cash register and performing retail math calculations

- Ability to handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and temperature control

- Experience with food preparation techniques and knowledge of different breakfast items

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner
