Job Description

Essential Job Functions and Duties:

The Breakfast Attendant is often the first employee our guests come in contact with on a daily basis. This position is responsible for properly preparing and serving breakfast to Lodge guests but also responsible for interacting and ensuring our guests are having a great stay at our hotel.

Lunch shifts are sometimes included based upon special event and meeting needs.

Shifts can range from 4:00 AM- noon or 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Flexibility is a must as operational needs include weekends and some Holiday work duties. This is a full-time position.

Breakfast Attendant description:

Has a passion for excellent service and enjoys making other individuals feel special

Is a Team player who understands the importance of being a positive part of a group effort with other members of the Lodge Breakfast Attendant Team.

Communicates with confidence and provides a warm, cheerful personality while hosting our guests

Shows an eagerness for improvement and growth and responds well to hospitality coaching

Keep the breakfast buffet and seating area clean and organized at all times

Take inventory of all food, beverages and supplies and assist with ordering to ensure we have the proper products for our guests

Maintain and keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times in accordance with all local health department regulations

Keep all kitchen equipment cleaned to appropriate cleanliness standards

Ensure breakfast offerings are always maintained at brand standards and continually kept stocked throughout the breakfast serving period

Any other requests or tasks assigned by the hotel leadership team

Starting wage: $15.00-$18.00 depending on experience.

The Lodge is non-tipping.
