Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and serving breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Hours: Saturday and Sunday (6am - 12pm)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet according to established guidelines
- Replenish food and beverages as needed
- Ensure dining area is clean and presentable at all times
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
- Clear tables and assist with bussing as necessary
Requirements:
- Knowledge of food preparation and handling procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic meat cutting skills desirable
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
