Responsibilities

Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service hours Assist with food preparation, including slicing, plating, and presenting breakfast items according to safety and quality standards Greet guests warmly upon arrival; provide friendly and efficient guest service throughout their breakfast experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, buffet stations, kitchen equipment, and service utensils in compliance with food safety regulations Buss tables promptly after guests finish dining; clear plates, utensils, and empty glasses to uphold a tidy environment Support catering or banquet setups when needed, including delivering food to designated areas. Follow proper food handling procedures; ensure dietary restrictions are respected and communicated effectively. Uphold excellent phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering guest inquiries; communicate clearly and professionally at all times Follow the QAR.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality preferred; kitchen experience is highly valued . Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster guest relations. Basic cleaning skills; ability to maintain high standards of hygiene in all work areas
