Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items to guests in a warm and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring that our guests start their day with a delightful breakfast experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with food safety standards. Cook various breakfast dishes, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards. Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and cooking appliances. Manage the Aloha POS system for tracking guest orders and payments. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations. Assist with meal preparation for banquets or special events as needed. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and cooking methods is beneficial. Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and phone etiquette are important for interacting with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
