We're searching for a

Full Time Breakfast Attendant to be responsible for providing guests with a warm, welcoming, and satisfying breakfast experience. This role ensures the breakfast area is clean, stocked, and inviting while delivering excellent customer service. You will play an important part in creating a positive start to each guest's day.

Requirements:

What You'll Do:

Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with breakfast service. Set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast buffet area to ensure it is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service hours. Monitor food quality and presentation, addressing any issues promptly. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines. Assist guests with special requests or dietary needs in a courteous and helpful manner. Clean and sanitize tables, counters, equipment, and service areas regularly. Properly handle and store food items according to safety standards. Work closely with kitchen and front desk staff to ensure seamless service for guests. At the end of service, break down and clean the breakfast area, preparing it for the next day.

Required Skills/Abilities

Ability to greet and interact with guests in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner. Strong attention to detail to ensure buffet area is always neat, stocked, and appealing. Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks during busy breakfast hours. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members. Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure or fast-paced situations. Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to consistent attendance. Neat and professional appearance in accordance with hotel standards.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred but not required. Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays based on hotel operations.
