Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service during breakfast hours, ensuring that guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience. This role involves food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks to support the breakfast service.

Responsibilities

Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet with fresh food items and beverages. Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is presented attractively and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Buss tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean dining area. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Aloha POS system. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas throughout the shift. Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items and provide excellent customer service. Monitor food inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to management.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and meat cutting are advantageous. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems such as Aloha is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for guest interactions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
