What You'll Do

Set up, replenish, and break down the complimentary breakfast to brand standards and local health codes. Greet guests with a smile; answer questions and keep the area spotless and well-stocked. Prepare light items (e.g., eggs, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, pastries) and monitor temperatures/hold times. Keep back-of-house organized (labeling, dating, rotating stock; receiving and storing deliveries). Maintain sanitation: wiping, sweeping, mopping, dishwashing; follow ServSafe/food safety SOPs. Communicate with the front desk/housekeeping on guest counts, special requests, and inventory needs. Report maintenance/safety issues promptly and complete simple logs/checklists.
What You Bring

Friendly, guest-first attitude and professional communication. Reliability for early mornings and weekend/holiday rotations. Ability to lift/push/pull up to ~30-40 lbs, stand/walk for most of the shift, and handle warm/cold items safely. Food handler/ServSafe (or willingness to obtain within 30 days). Hotel/F&B experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
