Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team in the role of bread baker. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in the food industry, particularly in baking bread. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods while ensuring adherence to food safety standards and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, quick bread, and other baked goods according to established recipes. Prepare baked products with artistic flair, ensuring visual appeal for customers. Assist in food production and preparation tasks as needed, including mixing ingredients and operating kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders and overall kitchen efficiency. Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of products.

Requirements

Proven experience in bread baking is preferred, but home grown experience considered if one is willing to learn. Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations. Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and machinery used. Experience operating ovens, mixers, and other kitchen equipment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
