Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated BJJ Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and coaching various jiu jitsu programs, with a focus on fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students of all ages. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to student development, and the ability to inspire and motivate participants in their chosen activities.

Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote physical fitness. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skill development. Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Organize and lead practice sessions, drills, and competitions as needed. Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are safe and accessible for all users. Collaborate with other instructors and staff to promote programs and events within the community.

Skills

experience working with children in a teaching or coaching capacity. Black belt in BJJ Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students of varying ages and skill levels. Ability to motivate students while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, schedules, and equipment maintenance. A positive attitude with a passion for promoting health, fitness, and personal growth among participants.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
