About the Role

The

Brand Partnerships Manager

is the bridge between brands and creators. You'll work directly with companies to understand their campaign goals and budgets, then collaborate with our internal talent managers to pair them with the perfect creators.

You'll also identify new creator partnerships outside our network, negotiate rates, and manage deals from initial outreach to campaign delivery. Success in this role means building long-term relationships with brands that trust Dava as their go-to partner for creator marketing.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with brands to understand their marketing goals and budgets. Communicate daily with brands via text, email, and meetings to ensure campaign clarity and trust. Work closely with Dava's Talent Managers to match the right creators to each campaign. Identify and recruit new creators who align with brand goals when needed. Negotiate rates and finalize brand deals between creators and brands. Manage the deal pipeline, ensuring all deliverables are on track and relationships are nurtured. Attend virtual and in-person meetings with brands and creators (travel may be required). Represent Dava professionally and enthusiastically in all client communications.

Requirements

Proven ability to

build rapport

and long-term relationships with clients or partners.

Sales and negotiation

experience. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Comfortable on social media and up-to-date on creator trends. Professional demeanor and reliable follow-through. Ability to travel occasionally to meet with partners or attend events.
