Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and support business goals.
  • Create engaging content for digital channels including social media, email, website, and blog.
  • Design and manage brand assets to ensure consistent visual and messaging standards across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop marketing materials and promotional strategies.
  • Plan and manage social media calendars, advertising campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and report key metrics.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications (B2B or tech industry experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, email, content marketing, paid ads).
  • Proficiency in design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and think creatively.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g., Zendesk or HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of web design or UX principles; preferred but not a requirement.
  • Passion for technology, payments, or small business growth.
Salary
$40,000 - $45,000 per year
