Brand Engagement & Reputation Strategist

to help tell our story online and in local neighborhoods. This is a positionwith room to grow in marketing, communications, and brand engagement.

What You'll Do

Monitor and respond to guest reviews on Google, Yelp, and social media. Support social media posts, photos, and community highlights. Keep Google Business Profiles updated for each location. Track guest feedback and survey data to share insights with leadership. Assist with community outreach, events, and small local marketing campaigns. Help maintain simple dashboards for QA and guest sentiment trends.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of customer service, social media, or marketing experience. Strong writing and communication skills. Organized, eager to learn, and passionate about great guest experiences. Restaurant or hospitality background is a plus!
