Position Overview:

As a

Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative

, you'll be on the ground representing our clients' products and services through face-to-face outreach. This is a

W?2, in-person position

based in the Cincinnati area. You'll be paid a

base wage

, with the opportunity to earn

$500-$1,000+ per week

, depending on your performance.

What You'll Do:

Represent clients at local events, retail locations, and pop-up activations Engage with potential customers in person, deliver product knowledge, and drive conversions Set up and tear down marketing displays or promotional tables Maintain a professional and energetic attitude that reflects our clients' brands Track customer interactions and provide feedback to management Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and meet goals

What We're Looking For:

Outgoing, confident, and highly motivated personality Must be comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction and in-person sales Reliable transportation to and from events or activation sites around Cincinnati High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or coursework a plus Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred but not required Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends Must be eligible to work in the U.S. under a W?2 employment structure

Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed base pay

plus bonuses and incentives

Average weekly earnings: $500-$1,000+
