We have a steady stream of brides and a premium collection. We're looking for a

Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative

who can confidently guide the appointment, build trust, and

close the sale

while representing the Winnie Couture brand with warmth and style.

What you'll do

Lead bridal appointments end-to-end and

convert first-visit sales

Own your KPIs (close rate, average order value, same-day conversion, outreach) Drive daily outreach to hot leads, follow-ups, and event inquiries Host and support in-store events, bridal shows, and promotions Collaborate with teammates using our

team-selling

approach to win together Keep the showroom photo-ready and support inventory/shipments as needed
What makes you a fit

Proven success in

retail or consultative sales

(bridal/luxury a plus) Confident, persuasive communicator with a

closer's mindset

Coachable, proactive, and energized by clear goals and fast pace Weekend and holiday availability (our brides shop then!) Tech-comfortable (scheduling, CRM/notes, text/email follow-up)
