Villari Vineyards is seeking an enthusiastic, personable
Brand Ambassador
to represent our family-owned winery at retail wine tastings across Southern New Jersey. This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and helping grow brand awareness.
The Brand Ambassador will travel to assigned liquor stores and host 3-hour wine tastings, typically
2 tastings per day
. You will be the face of Villari Vineyards & One Nation Wine, helping customers discover our wines and driving retail sales.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-store wine tastings at assigned retail locations (primarily liquor stores).
Set up tasting displays, including table, materials, and product samples.
Educate customers about the wines, our winemaking approach, and our portfolio of wines.
Encourage customer engagement, answer questions, and promote sales.
Track bottles sold during each tasting (compensation includes $2 per bottle).
Maintain a clean, professional, and brand-appropriate display throughout each event.
Transport wine, tasting supplies, and promotional materials to and from tasting sites.
Submit post-event reports as directed (sales, customer interactions, feedback).
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to retail locations across Southern NJ.
Comfortable standing for the duration of a tasting (3 hours).
Outgoing, friendly, and confident engaging with customers.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Ability to responsibly pour and handle alcohol per NJ regulations.
Prior wine knowledge is not necessary, and training will be provided.
Must be available Fridays, Saturdays, and select Sundays as scheduled.
