Duties

Engage with customers at events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns to generate interest in our products. Conduct product demonstrations to educate potential clients about features and benefits. Collect data during promotional activities to analyze customer preferences and feedback. Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, sharing event updates, and interacting with followers to increase online presence. Assist in planning and executing event marketing strategies to maximize outreach and brand visibility. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and creating a positive brand experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding across all activities. Represent the brand professionally at all times, embodying the company's values and image.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public settings; bilingual candidates are highly desirable. Experience with data collection and social media management is a plus. Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and engage audiences effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in dynamic environments. Passion for branding, marketing, and representing brands authentically. Reliable transportation and availability for flexible scheduling during events or promotional campaigns.
