Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated

Brand Ambassador

to represent our company and promote our products across the Los Angeles area. The ideal candidate is personable, creative, and passionate about building brand awareness, engaging with customers, and supporting marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in maintaining our brand's positive image and driving customer engagement both in person and online.

Key Responsibilities

Promote company products and services to potential customers. Educate customers about product features, benefits, and brand values. Increase brand awareness through events, outreach, and social media. Maintain a positive and professional image of the brand at all times. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on promotional strategies. Create engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines. Respond to online reviews and customer inquiries in a professional manner. Monitor customer feedback and report insights to leadership. Track customer preferences and share key findings with the team. Assist in planning and organizing marketing events or campaigns. Gather and report sales data and event performance metrics to the lead.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc). Exceptional customer service and networking abilities. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Adaptability and a proactive attitude in dynamic environments. Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills. Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in marketing, sales, or brand representation. 1-2 years of experience as a Brand Ambassador. Knowledge of influencer marketing or content creation best practices. Previous experience in customer-facing roles or event promotions.

Compensation and Schedule

Pay Rate:

$22 - $24 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Flexible hours; may include evenings and weekends for events.
