Brand Ambassador - Spirits & RTD Tastings

Fort Lane Marketing is seeking enthusiastic individuals to educate consumers on premium spirits and Ready-to-Drink (RTD) beverages at retail store locations. If you have a passion for presenting high-quality spirits and engaging with customers, we encourage you to apply!

About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of a variety of products, hosting tastings and engaging with customers in a dynamic retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the growing beverage industry.

Shifts:

Primarily scheduled on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and occasionally Sundays Typically, 3-hour shifts starting at 12:00 PM, 3:00 PM & 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Arrive on time and drive to assigned store or event locations Transport, set up, and take down promotional materials, products, and equipment Educate customers on the product portfolio, including spirits and RTD beverages Promote and sell products during tastings Provide professional, friendly, and engaging customer experience Utilize problem-solving skills to manage unforeseen challenges Maintain clear and professional communication with the Fort Lane Marketing team Demonstrate proper mixology techniques and product knowledge (training provided) Maintain availability for shifts listed through the Fort Lane scheduling app

Qualifications & Requirements

Passion for spirits, RTD beverages, and consumer education Experience in public speaking, presenting, or event-based customer interaction Sales experience is a plus Ability and willingness to travel locally with product samples Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a background check Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Physical Requirements

Ability to frequently lift 30 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs. Standing for up to 3 hours per shift
