The Columbia, MD Branch is seeking an entry level, Branch Technology Specialist. This person will report directly to the Branch Manager. Key responsibilities revolve around monitoring and maintaining technology related activities.
Telecommunications

  • Updates on RingCentral (additions/removal)
  • Ticket creation and escalation
  • Keeping database(s) updated
  • Liaison for Corporate Network / WiFi Network management

Technology:
  • Onboarding Technology systems for new hires
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software problems for associates and staff
  • Ticket creation and escalation
  • Lexmark Scanner/Copier/Printer/Peripheral device support
  • Work with Complex Technology Manager on all rollout and technology projects
  • Keeping database(s) updated

Security:
  • Program and distribute/collect security keys for offices
  • Maintain security systems, camera, swipe touch pads, DVR\xe2\x80\x99s etc.

The base salary range for this position is $49,000-$72,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Required Qualifications:
Strong technical aptitude
1-2 years of experience in PC Support/IT experience Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
Able to work closely with both the leadership team and advisors
Ability to function independently and work well with a team
Proactive decision-making skills
Strong ability to collaborate
Strong communication skills
Skills Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
