Job Duties Include:
Lead customer service/inside sales, front counter sales, service and warehouse staff.
Willingness to be a working manager who can back fill staff and serve the customer
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
Work closely with outside sales and customers to support all incoming opportunities
Learn and understand companies ERP system
Perform employee reviews
Ensure showroom is in top notch and look for creative ways to market products
Establish and track branch goals
Manage and follow up with all current orders
Manage appropriate inventory levels
Assist with yearly budgets and profit/loss statement
Other duties assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications:
Basic understanding of the fluid power industry. Excellent Communication Skills; Highly Motivated Self Starter; Detail-Oriented; High-level of Computer Proficiency including Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
