Compensation

Branch Operations Leads typically earn

$50,000-$60,000

annually, depending on experience, operational performance, and achievement of key business goals.
Compensation includes:
Base salary of $40,000 Performance-based commission tied to overall location revenue Monthly performance bonuses (up to $300) Health insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) with employer contribution 401(k) with employer match (where available) 15 days PTO, plus paid holidays and sick time $25/month phone stipend

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK

is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented operations leader to support day-to-day execution at our Wilmington (Boston North) location.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting frontline supervisors and crews, enforcing safety and service standards, and ensuring efficient execution of schedules, staffing, and fleet readiness. You'll work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to drive operational consistency and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability, and enjoys coaching teams while keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Lead by example in communication, performance, attitude, attendance and work ethic; responsible for team development and motivation Interview, hire, and oversee new employee onboarding and training Assist with employee scheduling, dispatch of movers and drivers and daily record keeping Responsible for employee development, accountability and corrective action programs Professionally handle customers and their concerns and oversee the damage resolution process Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines Implement and maintain proper DOT program using electronic logging devices Conduct safety spot checks to ensure all jobs are completed to standard Continually maintain thorough understanding of all company products, services, and promotions Assists in day-to-day organizational and clerical support tasks Help develop brand recognition in the community Other duties as assigned by General Manager

Who We're Looking For

Highly motivated and driven individual High school diploma or GED required Driver's license with good driving record Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task Strong decision making and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Commitment to customer service Proficient with the following Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, and Outlook Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
