Job Description

Black Hills Exteriors is seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to drive Rapid Revenue Growth, Team Development, and Financial Performance at our Sioux Falls location. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll be able to lead by example from the front lines as you build and develop the team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving branch revenue and profitability goals, building strong relationships with customers and vendors, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. You'll recruit, train, and mentor staff while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of leadership experience in sales leadership, construction, roofing, or a related industry, with proven success in driving rapid revenue growth. Strong communication, customer service, and financial management skills are essential.
