Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Sarasota location. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a passion for operational excellence. You will manage a team of managers, ensure profitability, oversee equipment and facilities, and build lasting client and vendor relationships. The Branch Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the branch's reputation for excellence while driving growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Oversight: Supervise and develop managers through regular meetings, coaching, and professional development. Financial Management: Monitor budgets, analyze weekly labor performance, and implement strategies to drive profitability. Operational Excellence: Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and compliance. Team Development: Foster a positive work environment, implement training programs, and encourage employee growth. Equipment & Fleet Management: Oversee fleet maintenance and coordinate with mechanics for timely repairs and preventative maintenance. Facility Oversight: Ensure shop and facilities are safe, functional, and properly maintained. Client Relationships: Cultivate strong client partnerships and resolve concerns promptly. Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Administrative Collaboration: Partner with administrative teams for staffing, scheduling, invoicing, and resource management.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in supervising teams within the landscaping or related service industry. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care, tree care, installation, and irrigation systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Strong financial management and budget oversight experience. Ability to create and implement effective SOPs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and company management software. Adaptable and comfortable working in both office and field environments. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Horticulture, or related field preferred. Driver's License required.
