This person should have strong business to business service experience in the custodial services or facilities services industry. They need to lead with a servants heart, be upfront and honest, and have a customer service focus. They need to have a long term creative vision for improvement and make it a reality. They will also be responsible for customer satisfaction & retention, profitability, and growing & developing 4-5 other managers reporting to them.

Location: Hall County, GA Job Functions: \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer Service and Operations - Manage the efforts of branch employees in providing a high level of customer service, including management of customer service issues, customer dialogue, and telephone customer service, as well as training \xe2\x80\xa2 People Management \xe2\x80\x93 Manage and maintain accurate record of employee performance and other human resource functions as directed, such as attendance records, etc. Proven experience managing other managers and growing and developing leaders under you. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sales and Marketing/Financial Performance - Developing, planning and actively participates in branch sales and marketing efforts to increase and improve business. What We\'re Looking For: \xe2\x80\xa2 5-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in management capacity in the business-to-business service industry \xe2\x80\xa2 2+ years of full time management experience supervising 1st level managers.

• Organized and able to effectively manage time while working on multiple engagements in a high-pace environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven track record demonstrated by growth in terms of increased job responsibilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of P&L management to include revenue oversight and SG&A oversight. \xe2\x80\xa2 Thorough knowledge of business to business service industry and components of delivery sales and service in a \xe2\x80\x9ccommodity\xe2\x80\x9d type environment.
• Bachelors Degree minimum \xe2\x80\xa2 A driver\xe2\x80\x99s license is required.
