Serves as the main point of contact for both the Operations and Sales Teams for the branch. Ensures that the overall operations, administration, distribution, and sales functions work harmoniously for the branch location. Responsible for the P&L of the branch, as well as monthly reporting to Corporate on budget. Responsibilities also include coaching and mentoring of Account Managers to assist in increasing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. Compensation includes salary and bonus, commensurate with experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage overall branch operations to ensure productivity, customer service and profitability
Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives
Perform and monitor daily sales and warehouse operations
Manage branch personnel
Ensure compliance with all company procedures regarding new hires, terminations, performance issues, payroll, etc.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being always followed
Review, analyze and report on branch operations and finances
Prepare various reports including P&L, income forecasts, monthly operating reviews, yearly budgets
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or 3-5 years' experience in the Industrial Hose industry
Intermediate to Advance in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs.
Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with industrial distribution, preferably fluid power components preferred
* Ability to work with a wide variety of people and personalities
