We are now accepting applications for a Branch Banking Operations Administrator to join our team. Position is located at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV and is fully in office.



Essential Functions:



Acts as a subject matter expert on operational issues, responsible to assist branch and banking centers and other banking operations groups with a variety of operational issues.

Researches and resolves escalated operational tasks, questions, projects and audit concerns.

Provides operations guidance, coaching and development to branch employees including assistance with policies and procedures, computer applications and general operations issues.

Ensures all actions comply with Bank and other regulatory guidelines.

Develops, writes and communicates new policies, procedures and tools as needed.

Updates and revises policies and procedures due to operations or system changes.

Researches, compiles, analyzes and reports operational data, including business unit production and productivity statistics.

Performs routine audits, oversees and analyses data in an effort to mitigate financial and/or operational, administrative risks.

Researches and resolves inconsistencies in areas of responsibility.



Qualifications:



Requires a college degree in business, finance, communications or a related field and 2+ years of experience in branch banking, banking operations, policies, procedures and communications, both written and verbal. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

Working knowledge of banking operational processes, procedures, regulations, policies and applications.

Ability to handle escalated operations concerns and make recommendations for process changes.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Solid business or technical writing skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of employees.

Solid analysis, problem resolution, decision making and follow-up skills.

Strong customer service and relationship skills.

Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with multiple departments and leaders.

Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.

Working knowledge of computer software, i.e. Microsoft word, excel, etc. and various banking systems.

Pay range (depending on experience):

$53,000 - $75,000/ Annual Base Salary
