Boutique Sales Associate

Instead of Sales Associate, lets calls it Experience Associate! We believe that if you provide the customer with an excellent shopping experience, then the sales will come! Can you provide customers with an excellent experience?? If so we would love to have you join our team!

Join the team of The Clotherie, a women's clothing boutique located at 450 Inverness Corners in Hoover! Growing company looking for individual that has excellent customer service skills and outgoing personality. Responsibilities include:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations.
- Communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized store floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proven ability to sell products and understand product knowledge
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory
- Cash handling experience is desirable

*The store hours are 10am-7pm and you would be expected to work that entire shift for whatever days you are scheduled. Do NOT apply if you are not available for those times as you will not be able to move forward with the application process.
