About Chapel Hats:
At Chapel Hats, we believe every hat tells a story, and we're on the lookout for a fun-loving, stylish sales associate who can help our customers find their perfect fit--whether it's for an adventure, completing an outfit, or just making a bold statement!
What You'll Do:
Assist Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
Lead, motivate, and develop
a high-performing store team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members
Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner
Assist in inventory management and stock control
Help develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
Support the manager in creating and maintaining a positive work environment
What We're Looking For:
A strong leader who wants to grow within the company
A big personality*--you love talking to people and making connections. Experience managing a team
A passion for fashion, style, and all things hats.
A team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Someone who's ready to think on their feet and bring a little extra fun to their day-to-day work.
Worked a year or longer at a previous job as a supervisor or manager
Has high integrity, is organized, experienced in customer service or retail sales
Works great with a team, always striving to improve the store and sales to the next level
