Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic working shop manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our small bottling operation. The shop manager's responsibilities include enforcing company policies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, delegating work-crew roles, and ensuring that crew members continue to be productive and focused throughout the day.

Shop manager should have excellent people management skills and a good communication skills.

Shop Manager Responsibilities:

Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating employees. Conveying the daily objectives with employees. Addressing employee disputes, questions, and concerns. Ensuring all staff adhere to safety standards, company policies, and procedures. Recording, and managing inventory. Ensuring the shop is adequately stocked, clean, and visually appealing. Motivating employees to reach production goals within requested timelines.

Shop Manager Requirements:

High school diploma/GED required. Previous experience in a management or manufacturing position. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Being duel lingual (English & Spanish) is highly desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
