Gazal Consulting, a Business Management firm focused on Bookkeeping and Accounting services has an opening for an experienced bookkeeper or staff accountant

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple clients and their respective deadlines and responsibilities Communicate with vendors and clients via telephone and email. Enter and pay bills and ensure transactions are properly categorized. Reconcile vendor statements Process payroll / record payroll transactions Import sales and purchase transactions, etc. Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

Skills & Abilities:

Tech Savy!! - Ability to quickly learn new software, software add-on, and apps. Self motivated - you must be able to meet deadlines while providing a quality work product. Attention to detail Quick learner Ability to problem solve, multi-task, and prioritize.

Qualifications:

QuickBooks knowledge is a must, both QB Desktop and Online is used by our client base At least 4 years of prior bookkeeping experience Excellent verbal and written communications skills
