Qualifications

Experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role Knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts Experience in Acumatica, Excel and aptitude to learn other related software Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Ability to perform general ledger reconciliations Strong organizational and time management skills Avalara & ERP experience a must!

Responsibilities

Day to day accounts payable / receivables Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations * Prepare and submit financial reports as required
